Examination Rules

 Royal Heritage World School– Examination Rules
1. Attendance

  • Students must report to the examination hall on time.

  • Latecomers may be allowed at the discretion of the invigilator, without extra time.

  • Absence from any examination will not be compensated unless supported by valid documentation and approved by the school.

2. Identification & Materials

  • Students must carry their school ID card for every examination.

  • Only permissible stationery and materials are allowed inside the examination hall.

  • Borrowing or exchanging items during the exam is strictly prohibited.

3. Conduct & Discipline

  • Any form of cheating, communication, or signaling is strictly forbidden.

  • The use of mobile phones, smart watches, or electronic devices is not allowed.

  • Misconduct will result in cancellation of the paper and disciplinary action.

4. Question Paper & Answer Sheet

  • Students must read instructions carefully before attempting the paper.

  • Name, class, and roll number must be clearly written on the answer sheet.

  • Damaging or removing pages from the answer sheet is not allowed.

5. Time Management

  • Students must begin writing only after the invigilator’s permission.

  • Answer sheets must be submitted immediately when time is over.

  • Leaving the exam hall is not permitted during the first and last 30 minutes.

6. Results & Evaluation

  • Results will be declared as per the school’s academic schedule.

  • Re-evaluation/retotaling requests will be accepted only under school policy.

  • The decision of the examination committee shall be final.
